a career spanning over 17 years in software, Mr. Oak has worked in the areas
of Software Development, Quality Control, QA, Project Management, program
consultancy and Corporate Training. He has experience on a variety of
platforms and domains and has successfully built Testing groups and task
forces.

M.
Tech from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur and is among the
first twenty Certified Quality Analysts (CQA) in India.
He is currently Director and CEO of Oak Systems. He has
earlier worked with companies like Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), ANZ-Information
Technology before setting up Oak Systems.

Mr. Oak has held a large number of successful Corporate Training Programs
and Public Workshops on Software Testing, SQA, SCM, Project Management and
Software Engineering topics. He has successfully trained over 1000
professionals in India and abroad on Quality related topics.He is instrumental in setting up a unique OAK-BVB Center of Excellence in
Software V&V at Hubli as an industry-academic initiative between BVB
College of Engineering and Oak Systems.
He was a member of the organizing committee for the 'Software Testing
Conference' under Bangalore Management Association, which attracted over 300
practitioners.
He has co-authored a book "Software Testing - Effective Methods,
Tools and Techniques " published by Tata McGraw Hill (ISBN:
0-07-058352-8).
He is one among the first twenty Certified Quality Analysts (CQA) of India.
