Ltd. You have to be : * An Engineering graduate in E & C/ CSC/ Info Science/ Telecom/ EEE who has passed out in 2004 or earlier. Selection of Candidates into these programmes is based on : * Written Test (Aptitude and/or C, C++/Java/VB/ASP/. NET/PLSQL/RDBMS) * Group Discussion  * Series of Interviews Training Duration : * Around 13 weeks [Tentative Dates: November 2, 2005 - January 29, 2006] Training Focus : * Testing (V&V) in System Software/Application Software * Programming in C/C++/Java/ASP/. NET/Scripts (PERL, Java, TCL / TK) / RDBMS /Unix /Linux * Software Engineering * Software Testing (Test Design, Execution, Reporting) * Software Configuration Management, peer reviews * Installation and configuration of software * Process overview (ISO/ CMM/ CMMI) * Aspects of Test Automation * Personality Development Sessions * Projects Terms & Conditions : * Selected candidates will have to pay a refundable training deposit of Rs         60,000=00. This is payable in full before the training commences * On successful completion of Training, candidates will be on probation for a max. period of 6 months * During probation, there will be a stipend each month. Based on the performance during probation, candidates will be confirmed as regular employees at the end of probation * At the time of joining, selected candidates will execute a service agreement to serve the company for 3 years after successful completion of training * If a candidate fails to perform during probation, he/she will not be confirmed into the company and will be given the experience certificate for the duration.
