Selected candidates will have to pay a non-refundable training fee of Rs 30,000=00. This is payable in full before joining. Total training period is of 6 months duration. Training period will consist of 2 phases. First phase of around 2 months will be called ‘Initial Training Phase’ (ITP) and next 4 months will be called ‘Continued Training Phase’ (CTP). On successful completion of ITP, candidates will be put through a rigorous evaluation. Those who do not pass the evaluation cannot be continued in the services of the company. They will be given a training certificate and their service agreement will be returned to them. Upon successfully passing the evaluation, candidates will be absorbed into the company as Trainee Software Testers and will undergo CTP. At this stage, the successful candidates will be required to pay a refundable Training deposit of Rs 40,000=00. However, there is a special grant of Rs 20,000=00 for those candidates who perform exceptionally well during evaluation (max 25% of the batch), and Rs 10,000=00 for those candidates who perform excellently in the evaluation (max 25% of the batch). Trainee software testers will be evaluated for confirmation after 4 months of CTP. Based on the performance of the candidates during Training, candidates will be confirmed as regular employees at the end of training. On confirmation, the salary would be Rs 1.21 lakhs per annum. Successful completion of service agreement: * All BE/MCA/Eqvt (Full time) candidates: Upon successful completion of continuous service of 32 months from the date of confirmation, employees will have an option of leaving the company without paying any penalty amount. * All other candidates: Upon successful completion of continuous service of 38 months from the date of confirmation, employees will have an option of leaving the company without paying any penalty amount. Refund of Training Deposit: Upon successful completion of continuous service of 38 months with the company, the training deposit of Rs 40,000=00 will be refunded to you along with an additional longevity bonus of Rs 20,000=00.
